Science-based mindfulness for a more peaceful, present life.

Science-based mindfulness
for a more peaceful, present life.

Helping individuals and organizations move from overwhelm to alignment.

Meet Dr. Sheena Revak

Blending science and soul to help you heal, because peace shouldn’t require a breakdown.

I’m a psychology professor,  mindfulness teacher, and mental wellness consultant with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. My work blends evidence-based tools with soulful, lived experience. I didn’t discover mindfulness in a textbook. I found it in the aftermath of burnout, anxiety, and a series of health crises that forced me to completely rebuild. Mindfulness helped me regulate my nervous system, reconnect with myself, and face life’s challenges with clarity and compassion. Now, I share these same tools with others — to help you slow down, stress less, and find peace that lasts.
